Just managed to get a 6800 Ultra for R 1200.00

now have the expensive part of getting a new case and PSU
Don't mess in the affairs of dragons cos u r crunchy and taste good with mustard

nice one. the ultra is still a great card - i seem to recall it did well for marco for a while.

Very decent card.
Though I did upgrade to a 7900 GT OC (to earn alpha-geek points), I must say I was very happy with my BFG 6800 GT OC.
so much so that I don't think the money I put down for the 7900 was worth the extra dough.

how is the old card holding up, Matt?

pretty good, thanks. been a bit too busy to test it lately, but that great leveller oblivion was treated quite nicely.
